I wanted the table rail to be easy to clean so you can see the natural wood of the table. I have this style in a different color than our outdoor table and was impressed with how they look and clean. These dark browns and blacks on my natural mahogany table (with honey dark red wood) come to life when the overhead light is on. They turn stunningly copper and black. I bought matching napkins and love them!
