It fits well in size XL for my height of 5ft 10" and weight of 242lbs. I've lost 56 pounds so far and am trying to put on another 43 and it catches the sweat really well. This brand is almost see through although it fits me better than the other brand I had before losing weight. I train at home and don't wear them to the gym unless I'm wearing shorts and another shirt over them. Again, this is a great sweat trap and very comfortable.
