We used the app to recognize employees for exceptional actions and contributions that we thought were worthy of praise. The app was used during weekly huddles and team lunches. It served as great motivation for our teams. This is something that i'm glad they included with Highfive. I think if you're thinking about this tool it helps that it's free software and there are many different ways in which it can be utilized (we chose to use it at lunch each week). Everyone can utilize this application across all business functions. Great way to keep everyone focused and aware of other efforts from the team. We also found that using the tool boosted morale and increased productivity. It is free and easy to use. It helps to build strong relationships between colleagues and also with customers. I like that it allows me to recognize my employees at any time. I'd love to have more options for sharing photos and videos. Also - it would be great if you could add emoji characters in the chat history. The app makes it very simple to share a recognition with my close colleagues.
