Cracked Housing
Bought to install in front of my home filter to catch large rust cartridges. I pre-assembled all the appropriate components before turning off the pump and draining the hydraulic tank to complete the installation of the new house filter and strainer, as well as new check valves to accommodate those that weren't tight and didn't actually shut off anything. . The housing cracked as soon as I tightened the faucet, leaving me without water and looking for a quick workaround to restore the water in the house before bathing my kids. Less than impressed.
