I've been trying to find the best organic toothpaste and the reviews for this toothpaste have been really encouraging. What I like about it is that the bottle is quite small and great for travel. The flavor is minty and the texture is generally okay > What I didn't like about it. The taste is too sweet, more like a mint than a toothpaste, which makes it easy to swallow and not foamy. Also watch out for pasty gouwi, it's quite powdery which makes it crumble if you mash it and move it all over your mouth. Texture I didn't really like. Third, I didn't find it very good for cleaning my teeth. I use a bamboo toothbrush and have tried several other toothpastes and none seem to give me the sparkling clean look that fluoride-based toothpaste naturally gives me. While I think these CDs are a good start, I think the industry needs to continue working towards developing an individually wrapped, dissolving film on regular toothpaste that is small in size, similar to detergent capsules but safe to consume. When it comes out, I'll pay whatever it takes to buy it.
