Please see the pictures included in this review. My wife is a sculptor/wood sculptor/watercolor painter and was working on a piece of clay that happened to be lying around in her workshop. You can see her demonstrate the cuts to show how some of the tools work, as well as the final face sculpt. They and my overall impression are tools suitable for fine work, but not so coarse. Some tools have some unwanted bends that need to be compensated for, but are small enough to be fixed once known. I got up and took these pictures while she worked. I think it took her half an hour to play with the tools and make small clay objects to get used to it. Then another half hour to get from the lump of clay to the face you see in one of the photos. Their final assessment is that they are good tools for fine clay work without being remarkable.
