In portable solar panels, connecting and disconnecting cables is common. Also, if you tamper with these cables, the connectors can often be lost. This tool makes it easy to tighten connectors and disconnect cables. They really work very well. They come with two (2) tools. They are made of durable plastic and will last a very long time. Each tool is identical and has cutouts designed/shaped to hold the connectors in place so you can tighten them as needed without stretching or deforming. Additionally, each tool has two (2) latches for disconnecting cables from each other. The tool is well made with no extra burrs to cut your hands with use. As a retired mechanic, I value a well-made tool. They are very well done.
