My most recent attempt at purchasing with GOBEST was nothing short of a complete and utter failure. I was very dissatisfied with everything about the company, from the muddled layout of their website to the low quality of their products. Finding what I was looking for on their website was as difficult as looking for a needle in a haystack because it was laid out like a labyrinth. The pictures of their products were grainy, making it difficult to make out the individual components of the things that I was interested in purchasing. When my purchase finally arrived, the clothing appeared to be of poor quality and lacked proper tailoring. The sneakers were extremely uncomfortable to wear and resulted in blisters, and the jewelry appeared to be something that could have been purchased at a discount dollar store. Their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more difficult. It was as if I were speaking to a brick block, and the issue with my problem was never resolved. In general, GOBEST is not a store that I would recommend to anyone seeking for high-quality men's fashion. Their website is confusing and difficult to navigate, their products are of low quality, and their customer service is laughable. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
