O-ring was found in valve stem

I fitted these to my wife's old Infiniti 8 years ago and she loved them. So she specifically asked for such new ones for the new car, I got it. However, this caused the tires to lose air as the o-rings were in the valve stem when I needed to add air. It took me a while to get back, but I didn't notice the problem until recently.

Pros
