Review on Enhanced xtava Pro Satin Infrared Flat Iron featuring Tourmaline Ceramic Plates by Kimberly Brown

I don't usually write reviews but this product is a harvest! I've used this hair straightener twice since I bought it and brought it the third time and it's been full! I mean it doesn't work anymore! I am very disappointed! The cheap one I bought at Walmart lasted 9 years, still works, and my sister from out of town borrowed it and I told her she could keep it. For this reason alone I decided to buy a new one. The most annoying thing is that I can't return it because the return period has expired. I know I will never buy from Revain again! I prefer to go to stores where I can return or exchange them. And it has a one year warranty, Revain please, who do I contact about this?
