I only give 3 stars for certain reasons. First of all I gave almost 5 stars when I first received and installed this item. I love it! It was exactly what I needed. until about 3 weeks later. I bought this item to mount on the roof of my car as I don't have a rearview mirror light, just a light in the middle of my roof between the front and back seats. I wanted one that would mainly shine from the front. Like I said, it was PERFECT, worked like a dream. Then after 3 weeks I get in my car and it was all in my seat, magnet and all. I thought of nothing, I just put it back and walked on. Drops off again after 2 days. This goes on until I realize the light is too heavy to cling to the sticky material. Instead, I attached it to my day board, which I think works, but definitely isn't what I wanted.
