Won't be a wardrobe staple, but good enough for a quick photo announcement.

Size 3T fits more than normal baby clothes, not too big but clearly baggy. The print quality seems good, but I can't say how it will hold up to washing. The quality of the fabric is cheaper cotton and there is a large tag on the left inside of the shirt which seems uncomfortable to wear longer than the photo. Overall the shirt is poor quality for the price but if you are buying it for a baby announcement the print is fine but note this is a roomy shirt and it may be baggy at your baby's normal size.
