I received this remote to replace my Vizio TV remote and the back won't open so I can put batteries in. How really? I wish I could throw this thing against a wall. No matter how I try to open it, something gets stuck on the sides and it won't move without breaking. Since the supporter did not provide any information to contact him personally, I express my disappointment here. Also if this thing breaks because the little illustration on the back is the BS that is on it and I will be returning it for a new one. I'd love to see a movie in my bed TONIGHT! So I carry on with this godforsaken business!
