Overall I like this foil. This year I switched from a 2 inch bandage to a 4 inch bandage. I wrap all newly planted trees for 2-4 years to protect them from game, sunburn, irrigation water and frost. 4" provides good coverage with ample overlap and speeds up the wrapping process. So far it's been more durable when wet than I expected. A thin layer of wax on the inside helps with both self-adhesion and water repellency. I wouldn't count on it that this film provides protection from herbivore damage.A 150ft roll is very inconvenient when wrapping small trees and breaks easily when twisted.Once 50ft or more without a roll is used it becomes much easier to use.If If I had my own dratter, I would throw three 50-foot throws, not one 150-foot throw.
