Bought on a whim after my last Remington iron stopped working. (RIP Old Faithful, 2015-2021 lol) I like this one 10x more because I can control the temperature and it never catches my hair. I can make my hair (relaxed but still textured) silky smooth in ONE PASS. Works well with my Loreal heat protectant (preheat) and John Freida polisher (postheat).
