Review on 🔮 Premium 1 Gallon Glass Kombucha Brewing Jar with Cloth Cover & Plastic Lid – Ideal Storage Solution by Bridgette Andrada

I bought this jar for brewing kombucha. I've been using the bank 24/7 for over a month now. The tin appears to be of high quality and I am happy with its use. However, the lid that came with it was cracked in several places, and it looks like some kind of dirty dirt was left on the lid's ribs. The package included a card asking me to leave a review if I was satisfied and a contact message if I wasn't satisfied with the product. I emailed them almost immediately after receiving the defective product and asked how they plan to fix the problem. Reading other reviews it seems that this is not a unique problem. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a reply. I'm leaving a review now because the problem hasn't been resolved, especially since they told me to contact them if there were any problems. In fact I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the lid is very thin and looks like it could break. obviously cheap. If the lid was a more important element of the product preventing me from brewing kombucha then I would give this product 1 star at least until they fixed my issue. My use of the lid becomes more important when I use it for other purposes or for storage. Nevertheless, I would wish for a higher quality lid. DO NOT BUY this product if the lid is critical to your use. I'm not the only person who had this problem. Also, it's a terrible lid, even if it's not broken or dirty.
