Generally it does what it needs to. I have speakers that mount with a keyhole that has an adapter, that was nice. I had to modify them a bit to run the wire through them from the wall to the speaker. (See photos) I enlarged one of the mounting holes, drilled a matching hole in the cover and fed a wire through it into the speaker. I wish this was already a feature without requiring any changes, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Another thing that could be improved is the ability to adjust the alignment if you don't drill the holes correctly and the mount is out of alignment. Only one or two holes need to be replaced with slots.
