I wanted to get my son a mountain bike helmet, but I couldn't swallow the $100 price tag just yet. He's only 7 and isn't doing anything extreme at the moment. This helmet is very light but doesn't feel cheap. Bought for a 7 year old with a 21 head circumference. I like the way it looks and he liked that it had a removable visor. Please in cobalt blue! And maybe red/orange too. Also deep plum! The calibration fills a gap that other helmets seem to have. My son's head is 21 inches. So it was between most sizes. The dial on the back is very beautiful and fits my son perfectly. I love mountain bike helmets because they look better and offer more protection than road bike helmets. It's more like a mountain bike helmet. It doesn't look or feel cheap. Thank you for a quality helmet at a reasonable price. That's enough for several years.
