So many large crates don't take the dog's height into account. This is IDEAL for very large dogs. My dog is 32 inches at the withers and this cage fits him perfectly. The reviews say their dog chewed its way through. THIS IS NOT FOR DOGS (particularly puppies) THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CAGE TRAINED! I would not recommend this cage if your dog is NOT cage trained. The entire cage is a tubular frame covered in nylon/canvas material with soft mesh windows. Puppies and untrained dogs WILL chew/tear this mesh! It is ideal for dogs who are already cage trained, to be used as a travel cage or stand up handle if required. I highly recommend this to people who have large and large dogs!
