Yoga with fat old guy and Adriane.

Guess which one that makes me? I’m new to it all but this sure beats being on the floor. I look forward to bending in ways an old man shouldn’t and this helps my feet and hips along with good grip when I’m hitting my next pose. Do I look good doing it? Nope. Dies this mat work? Yes it’s great! Look no further, this is it!
