Review on Dimensions Needlecrafts 08819 Christmas Stocking by Doris Tran

I have done many dimension cross stitches over the past 18 years and this Christmas stocking has been the worst for me to work with. As many other reviews have noted, many colors are missing to complete the project. I had to email the company 4 times. First for the missing thread colors (the same colors in 2 sets), then again for the lack of threads. When I first read the reviews I thought maybe the thread was wasted, but after running out of thread I realized it just wasn't enough. After my 4th email I was told that the kits contained at least 20% more thread than was needed to complete the project. Someone in the supply department needs to brush up on their math skills. I looked through my old kits (I kept them all) and they were all made in the USA. Never had a problem with them. The last 2 sets, both Christmas stockings, were made in China. That's the problem with quality control. I hope that when enough people express their dissatisfaction with these kits, Dimensions will bring their business back to the US along with the quality they were known for. Until then I will look for other brands made here.
