Review on 🏻 Fizik Performance Road Handlebar Gel Pads: Enhance Comfort and Control on the Road by Rodney Harris

I used these gel pads along with the Fizik Performance bar tape when I bought the 3T Ergonova bar. Yes, this material makes the bars thicker, but since I don't race anyone I just take a slight loss in aerodynamics and ride comfortably. I ended up using tape on the ends to secure the gel pads exactly where I wanted them which made wrapping the main pole around them much smoother. I mostly rode on hoods and tops, so I used two straight strips along the flat tops of the Ergonova handlebar. This made them very comfortable and I have ridden them for thousands of miles. Very happy with them. When I replace these handlebars with my new bike if the pads come off fine and still look good I will reuse them or buy another set.
