The item was fastened quickly and securely in the box, otherwise I'm very upset, I'm under contract with a major label, which was available via price , wanted to order a pair after seeing all the reviews but agreed with my intuition. An attempt to contact the company was unsuccessful, so I am now writing a review. One shoe looks brand new, the other has stains and the strap looks like it's wrinkled! one glows, one doesn't! The only reason I got them was to get them for artists signed to my label so we can all wear them in this upcoming video. This was my first order. I definitely don't think I would take the risk of ordering just five pairs. I would like to point out that today is July 12th and the company has still not contacted me.
