I like that you can use it for multiple companies at once so its easy when adding new clients or if someone gets dropped from an existing account (which happens all too often). Sometimes there are glitches but overall i would say this software has been very helpful in our business as we have over 200 accounts with different sizes of repairs being performed each month! It really streamlines things by tracking everything within one place which makes my life easier during busy times such as right now where everyone needs help quickly!!
