Good Value for my opinion
For the price, this is a great little starter bench. It was easy to assemble as I did it on my own. It can hold a regular barbell but it is a bit narrow so be mindful if you are a bit wider in your shoulders. You can use the attached resistance band for flys but don’t offer too much resistance, it is nice to have though. You are able to also fold it up which is useful for a garage or small space!
- My son loves this and its good for young adults.
- It may not be stable enough to perform exercises at a high intensity
