Goldilocks the Tea Brewer?

I was looking for a "tea ball" or similar to brew herbal tea and despite several reviews I almost bought one of the cheap ones that the holes were so big that the tea /herbs/ and etc. (or sometimes the holes were so small that hardly any water could get in - sometimes for the same product!). This one costs a bit more, but I'm glad I went for it instead. The holes are so small that all but the finest ground teas must remain in them, and there are so many holes that water should have no problem getting in or out. It's a little different from a balloon in that I use this tea infuser by first filling it with the desired amount of tea and then placing it on the rim of the cup when (or depending on the tea) I infuse the tea infuser with tea fill. Water. When the brew is ready I can throw away/compost the contents, wash the infusion and use it again. secure connection in any way. I use it as a tray to set up a brewer before or after use, which it works great for - maybe that was its purpose(?). The infuser is also larger than most spherical infuser (or any) I've seen, which should be nice if you have tea that expands in warm water or want to brew really strong teas. Personally, mine barely fills when I use it, but the large size is still good as it ensures the tea is deep enough in the cup to make contact with the water when the cup isn't almost 100% is filled. All in all I've had no problems with this brewer and I think I've found the tea brewers' "goldilocks": quite large overall, but with holes that are both small (to hold tea) and numerous (to release tea). the poured water). . I paid a little more but I think it was worth it (and the price is still not crazy).
