This is a pretty good spoon, not just for coffee, but for any small dry ingredient that you might need two tablespoons of. A leveling slide is great when you feel you need to be precise. That actually works great. The problem I have with this is that it only measures 2 tablespoons, there are no markings on it so you can measure less. I would probably never go below 2 tablespoons for coffee, but since it's only 2 T it serves a purpose. It would be nice to be able to measure small too, to make this more useful in a kitchen that's already full of appliances.
