What an ingenious design!

I have a Ninja coffee maker (which I love). It comes with a scoop, but not as posh as this one. One end is a spoon for those whole beans our daughter brought from the big city for Christmas. Gather these puppies and toss them in the coffee grinder for the perfect dosage. The other end of the same tool with a hinged lid measures the perfect amount of medium grind for a delicious cup of joe. Sliding heights that measure so there's no wastage. It goes next to my trusty car for everyday use.

No marking; cannot be used to accurately measure any quantity other than 2 T

This is a pretty good spoon, not just for coffee, but for any small dry ingredient that you might need two tablespoons of. A leveling slide is great when you feel you need to be precise. That actually works great. The problem I have with this is that it only measures 2 tablespoons, there are no markings on it so you can measure less. I would probably never go below 2 tablespoons for coffee, but since it's only 2 T it serves a purpose. It would be nice to be able to measure small too, to make…

My normal coffee to water ratio is 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 4 ounces. Water as listed on the Revain page for this product, 2 tablespoons 5 ounce coffee. Water.
