We recently adopted a 5 month old mestizo from Staffordshire and when we felt he was ready to introduce himself to family and friends (and their furry babies) I wanted to buy him some bandanas to keep him entertained "to attract". . It's winter now and plaid is very popular right now so I think this pair/set of bandanas would be perfect. I was a bit nervous that they might be too big as he is still a puppy but as he is already 50lbs I underestimated his size. They fit perfectly, with little room to grow. So if you have a puppy or dog that weighs around 50 pounds, they will fit. If your dog is closer to 80-100 pounds I don't think they will fit unless your dog is skinny. We took our pup in his plaid bison bandana to meet our family friends, two pit lab dogs. I was a little nervous that the dogs would manage to destroy the bandana while playing, but the bandana held up well. I wouldn't say they are indestructible but they are durable. I had to wash it as soon as we got home because it was dirty from the dog drool and the rain that day. I washed it in cold water and dried it with our clothes and it was like new. I didn't notice any shrinkage or color loss. I think it's safe to say they wash well. This would be a great way to dress up your dogs for photos, holidays or just walking around the area. With them, any dog will look a little prettier (or prettier) than they really are!
