I really like the interface. It’s easy enough for clients who are newbies but it also allows for more advanced editing abilities if you know what you're doing. There isn't anything I dislike about the product as of now. The pricing model could be better for smaller businesses as well as larger ones. They should try having a free plan as well. A few things I've done recently that our customers have been very happy with are adding custom video, audio and text to their stories. This makes it easier for them in terms of SEO and user experience.
