Honestly works. It keeps rolling.

Works well. It keeps rolling off the underseat, especially if your little one moves around a lot in the car. I bought the cushion you use for the chairs so it can hold on to it and not roll off as much. It's a durable material and I've had it for over 2 years and also washed/dried it at least once a month.
