Unsupported software - installation is not possible. Workable

I chose this lightweight option because the reviews were mixed but some were good and the product information included a link to the software. I'm not good at coding etc, I just needed a light that I could download software for and connect to. FAIL. While I know it can be made to work, I was looking for a product that you don't need to be a programmer or sysadmin to use. Leave that to the techies and spend a few bucks more to get one that's supported by your operating system platform.
