Review on Electric Salad Spinner Vegetable Rechargeable by Ralph Gerry

This lettuce separator is a little smaller than the manual ones I've used in the past but easy to use in batches. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use. I've only charged it once and it's been turning salads for weeks. At first I was concerned about the durability of the inner basket but it seems ok. I usually do 2 or 3 turns just to make sure I'm squeezing as much water out of the lettuce as possible. Nice that you don't have to turn anymore. Just push a button and it spins. Relieves aging hands and wrists.
