I randomly bought this and was mad at myself for not wanting to spend $10 on a tea infuser. But it came and I tried and will never do it again. I use it almost every day. I hand wash it and try to drain it before it dries. So far it sparkles, there is no corrosion at all. The threads are perfect and easy to tie together. The holes are small enough that very little goes through, except rooibos and other very good teas. I added a heavy bead to the hook that keeps the chain from falling into the tee and looks nice.
