I LOVE THIS MOP! I have laminate tile floor in my kitchen. It came with it's own cleaning products from the manufacturer. It was a 3 step cleaning procedure. I tried them several times and it left my floor dull & streaked. I thought there had to be an easier & more efficient way to clean my floor. I purchased the Light 'N' Easy Steam Mop,, after just one use my floors LOOK LIKE NEW! . INCREDIBLE! So easy to use and one 1 step! What used to take me hours to clean my floors, now takes minutes. My sister visited one day and noticed how my floors looked like new,,, she borrowed it,, and bought her own. I am 62 years old & have terrible arthritis. My shoulders no longer hurt after mopping with Light 'N' Easy Mop. The only thing I wish would be, more pads to come with it. I would recommend this mop to anyone who has any floor type that needs mopping.
