Good but not for retrofitting

The overall quality of the smoke alarm appears to be high quality and much better than others on the market. I was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket for this is significantly larger than most other "standard" smoke alarms, so it can't be installed in an electrical box if you have a ceiling one. You still have to use drywall anchors and drive screws into the ceiling, which I don't want to do.
