I am 5ft 6, 118, 38-24-32, ordered size small in navy and brown(2). The stretchiness is super comfortable, and I like the high waist for extra warmth, when e-bike riding. They are perfect for temps about 55+, and so ordered 3 more. As to washing, just in cold and then air dry, works for me.The only thing that would GREATLY improve the product, as others have mentioned, would be to remove the Front Seam. Even with that funky seam construction, if dark greens and more browns were an option, I would purchase more of this product.
