I like that this dryer has really low settings. I have fine hair and the low settings of many blow dryers are still too strong and just make my hair fly all over the place and I can't style it. I love the control I get with this low air setting. Reason for removing the star: The diffuser is almost impossible to remove! I twisted my wrist a few times trying to take it off and I broke one of the spikes holding the diffuser to the counter to get the torque to take this stupid thing off! This is madness.
