Review on 20/20 Captioning by Marcus Cano

It was great using this service because it allowed me to see how my captions would be read by different people in various locations that I had not seen before (as we have all sorts of clients). There were times when there could sometimes seem like an extra word or two but nothing terrible about what they did! The main thing is being able from your computer at work knowing if you are going into too much detail with certain words etc so as no one else will know unless its just between us working together :) I like how they are able to have me watch something with captions in Spanish if needed while still being available when it's time that we talk about my job or anything related to work! It is very convenient because of all these features at once!! Nothing really negative so far but nothing special either. Try this service out you won't regret your decision. !! They help us understand what happens during our business hours which helps greatly. !
