Review on Crystal Formula 2 Casting Tables Casting by Carrie Spencer

I am an experienced resin artist and use Naked Fusion's artist resin on many of my projects. I have done resin art and casting in small layers but have no experience with deep casting or deep casting of objects. I wanted to try deep pouring pyramid sand to see if I could fill the entire depth of the pyramid at once so it would be faster than pouring in layers. It worked great! I cast 2 transparent pyramids without pigment. Each in one and there was no smell which made me happy. It was easy to stir and easy to pour. It took some getting used to the time set as it took longer to set but the result was so clear it was well worth the time. I had to be patient and wait for it to dry. It definitely takes longer to cure, but the transparency is amazing and I didn't have to pour multiple coats. Just pour it in and let it be. In one pyramid I added ice crystals and in another I tried to pour only clear, untinted humility. I was a little nervous when I first filled it up. I had no problems with the bubbles as they were released as the pyramids hardened. There were a few scratches on my mold that were visible in the pyramid that I'll be sanding, but they came out really nice! The transparency of this resin is amazing! I look forward to exploring some larger molds and projects using this deep casting resin. I also play with pigments. It's so fun and indulgent for beginners. The only thing I would recommend to others trying this resin is to be patient with the demold time and you will get great results! I strongly recommend trying it. I was really under pressure!
