This backpack's design is a complete let down. I wanted to like it and admittedly the quality seems good. This is where the positive aspect ends. The design is awful, those traveling with this backpack will grimly comment that the largest fully zipped pocket is a nuisance and ultimately useless, making it a waste. He breaks free, resulting in a catastrophic loss of everything in your bag. Laptop, iPad, water bottles, last we had two bottles of wine. Everyone is abruptly thrown out of this bag without warning or interaction. The zippers have no mechanism to hold them in place and therefore open when walking. He is currently responsible for hundreds of dollars in damage. Buyers beware, this is not a good backpack for those who travel and need to use a laptop bag. For me, this makes the backpack completely unusable. I present it with a note in my pocket to warn the next owner. I had to get one.
