
The head of the connector puller was torn off on the first try with another tool of the same brand. Then I used this tool on the second try but didn't pull the plug. I think it pushed the porcelain down. On the last attempt with this tool, the remains of the spark plug were pulled out. You may need to tap it with a hammer to engage the puller threads with the spark plug head.
