Decent support but not strong
Bought for my daughter to play basketball. I bought them on purpose because they looked more comfortable than other braces. They actually are, but they don't have as much support as other braces, but they do provide decent support and are more comfortable than stiffer braces. If you need very strong support I would recommend other braces but these are good for moderate support.
