There was a problem with the first set. Only one of the key fobs could be programmed correctly. The other turned out to have the buttons swapped so that the "unlock" button actually worked as a "panic" button and vice versa. So they had to go back and order a second set. The second set was successfully programmed and has been working flawlessly for a few months. Going through the return and reorder process was difficult, but these items cost less than half the OEM price, so it was worth the effort. They come with instructions for the programming process, but in fact I found the instructions in the "Most Helpful" product review just as clear and to the point.
