My display has speakers, but they're useless. This speaker has great sound with adjustable volume control. I set up my WiFi (bluetooth) but they provide a cable/plug to connect directly to your computer if you prefer. They connect USB for power. My only suggestion for improvement is the adjustable feet as I placed the speaker on a display stand to make it rock. I solved this problem by placing felt pads on each end. These pads are attached to the underside of the chairs to avoid scratching the floor. I just stacked them until the speaker was off the base and leveled.
