I've used this twice. When I put it on for the first time I didn't think anything would happen. I put it on and started the rest of my routine and after a few minutes I looked in the mirror again and noticed that the bags under my eyes had been smoothed out. I noticed that the area in the crease where the pockets were was a lighter color, darker above the line, and freckled below the line (I have a lot of freckles). So for me that means the wrinkle has been there for a while and is quite deep as I don't have freckles in that area of skin. The darkening from the sachets hasn't gone much, but I was really amazed at how much this cream lifts and smoothes in just a few minutes. It didn't last more than a few hours which was disappointing. However, if I continue to use it regularly I hope to see longer lasting results in terms of staying power and discoloration. I am a 32 year old female FYI.
