The best thing about this system was its ability to integrate with our payroll service provider which made it easy for us as we had no previous knowledge or experience using any other human resources management systems before now! It also helped keep track easily when employees were off sick/on holiday etc so there weren't many issues at hand during my time working here - but I did have some problems finding information from one department within another (eg benefits) if they didn´t share their data well enough between eachothers departments!! Also not being able find certain files stored away somewhere else by mistake sometimes would be quite frustrating too because then having them sent over again could take ages just waiting around until someone found where those documents are kept!!!
