Works great - foot creams and lotions
I've only used it once so far. Perfectly removed dry skin on heels. They look and feel much better. Be careful, I went too far and my heel bled a little. The file is made of hollow plastic with sandpaper. I don't know how long the grain will last or if it will peel off, but it looks fine even after washing and brushing with a nail brush. The grip seems quite stiff. Didn't feel flimsy when in use. Hope that helps.
