Item is either broken or very poorly designed or both. The buttons are very difficult to press and there is almost no feedback once the button has recognized your pressure. I've never had this problem with the hundreds of devices I've bought with buttons. How pathetic. You press one of the 5 buttons and sometimes something happens, often nothing happens. Options are overlaid on buttons (which is fairly common). So + - are used for both volume and channel change. It's always a usability issue. On a device where the buttons are very hard to press and there is no indication if the device triggers when pressed and the device has no status notification (e.g. current volume, current mode). This is an extremely bad usability problem. How do you know what's going on although it's tricky as they only have 1 LED. flashes, does not flash, or is off. Now the device makes no sound except when turning it off or changing modes - no real sound when gaming. The reason for this can't be determined as the device has no feedback if the volume is 0 when the + button is just broken and can't increase the volume or something. It played normally for about 2 minutes.
