DO NOT TRUST THIS FOR 08 Grand Caravan 3.8L
As mentioned earlier this job requires a lot of fabrication. It took $110 for the converter, $50 for additional pipe and fittings, and 2 days of hassle and frustration to complete the installation. The pipe is bent in the wrong place and at the wrong angle. The only thing that was right was the shape of the flange. The installation direction is also wrong. The bolts don't go into the manifold flange. This is probably the worst product I have ever bought!
